Clarity
See clearly.
Separate the signal from the noise. What do you think, want, need, and know? What belongs to fear, guilt, obligation, or someone else’s expectations?
You know something needs to change. Let’s get clear on what—and help you follow through. Practical, holistic coaching for thoughtful people navigating decisions, relationships, boundaries, transitions, and the moments when you know something isn’t working but aren’t sure what to do next.
Start with a paid, 60-minute session. Complete a short questionnaire before choosing a time.

You may need enough space to hear yourself clearly—and support for doing what you learn.
You keep circling the same decision.
You understand everyone else’s perspective but can barely hear your own.
You know a boundary is needed, but worry about what happens after you set it.
You’ve outgrown a role, relationship, habit, or way of living and aren’t sure what comes next.
You know what you want to do, then fear or guilt makes you reverse course.
You’ve had the same realization many times and want your life to change with it.
That’s where we start.
We slow the situation down, understand what is actually happening, choose a wise response, and make room for the discomfort that can come with change. Then we turn insight into something you can practice in your real life.
Separate the signal from the noise. What do you think, want, need, and know? What belongs to fear, guilt, obligation, or someone else’s expectations?
Explore what this situation actually calls for: a conversation, acceptance, adjustment, boundary, repair, pause, decision, or change in direction.
Practice staying connected to your decision when uncertainty, disappointment, old patterns, or someone else’s reaction makes it uncomfortable.
Turn what you’ve learned into a next step: a decision, conversation, boundary, new behavior, plan, or practice. Return to it and adjust as needed.
See clearly → Decide wisely → Build capacity → Follow through.
We can use this approach in many parts of life. You don’t need to fit neatly into a category before we meet.
Changing relationships, trust, reconciliation, conflict, access, and the patterns that keep repeating.
What a healthy limit requires, what to say, and how to communicate it without becoming unnecessarily hard.
Competing priorities, outside opinions, fear, uncertainty, and pressure to make the “right” choice.
The space between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming.
When you override your needs, voice, values, or judgment to keep approval, connection, or peace.
When a job, role, responsibility, rhythm, or way of living no longer fits.
Depending on the situation, our work can help you name what’s happening and make a practical move.
Language for something you’ve struggled to articulate.
A clearer sense of what belongs to you—and what doesn’t.
A decision or defined next step.
A boundary or conversation you’re prepared to communicate.
Recognition of a pattern that keeps you stuck.
A plan for when fear, guilt, or second-guessing shows up.
People told me a post helped them hear something they needed, or put words to a choice they wished they had made years earlier. Then a colleague asked, “Have you ever thought about being a coach?”
I took that question seriously. A video can offer a useful thought. In a coaching session, we can slow down one situation in your life, sort through what matters, and decide what you want to do next.
These are responses to my content and conversations, shared here as part of the story behind this offering. They aren’t reviews of a paid coaching session.

Some situations need one focused conversation. Others need time for practice, implementation, adjustment, and support.

Bring one decision, relationship dynamic, boundary, pattern, or transition. We’ll identify what is happening, clarify what you need, and create a practical way forward.
The founding rate is shown in Calendly before booking. Payment is arranged separately.
When the challenge is doing what you know, we can keep working together. Each session gives us room to check what you tried, work through what got difficult, and adjust your next step.
We can discuss three- or six-session packages during your first paid session. You don’t need to decide before we meet.
You have a body, beliefs, relationships, a history, responsibilities, and values. Our work may include reflection, practical coaching, mindset, body awareness, pattern recognition, communication tools, and intentional practices you can use outside our sessions.
The goal is for you to become increasingly able to hear yourself, discern wisely, make intentional choices, and move through life with greater clarity and capacity.

I’m an actor, former Division I athlete, holistic wellness practitioner, educator, and founder of Barre & Be, with a background in Communications and Psychology. Much of the work I teach began with what I had to practice in my own life.
For years, I was good at understanding other people. I could empathize, explain, forgive, give another chance, and push through. What I had to learn was that empathy without wisdom could leave me disconnected from myself.
I began examining what I’d absorbed about love, forgiveness, reconciliation, trust, boundaries, responsibility, and being a “good” person. I learned that growth wasn’t simply about becoming tougher or cutting people off. It was about staying soft without abandoning discernment.
Love without giving everyone the same access.
Forgive without forcing reconciliation.
Listen to others without losing your own voice.
Make a difficult choice without needing everyone to agree.
That work changed how I move through relationships, work, wellness, and everyday life. Now I help others practice those choices in the situations they face.
Through Barre & Be, I teach people to build strength and presence on the Barre Mat. Sometimes you wobble, lose your footing, or need to adjust. The practice is finding your support again.
Coaching brings that attention off the mat: noticing what supports you, returning to yourself, adjusting when necessary, and staying present when life gets difficult.
Some of the spaces where I’ve contributed my work across wellness, creativity, and community.
“Your understanding of the creative spirit is extraordinary.”
“Thank you for helping me set boundaries with my family member. Evelyn, you are wise beyond your years. You gave me a clear framework that was easy to use. The situation turned out better than I expected, and neither my family member nor I felt a type of way afterward, which gave me relief.”
“Talking to you is easy. I still don’t know why you’re not a therapist, lol. I really feel that you listen to me—not just my words, but what I’m not saying. You asked the questions I needed to hear to go from confused to knowing what to do next. Thank you.”
“Your perspective just lands different. I swear I would love to pick your brain on all issues—political, cultural, lol. It’s no fluff, and I like that your frameworks, questions, and approach are holistic and have spiritual principles from the good book—not some fluff you’re making up as you go.”
“You have this way of making hard concepts easy for me to understand, to the point where I think I may have been overthinking it. I always appreciate your prompts, frameworks, and, best of all, follow-through. You truly care about what you do, and it shows.”
Sometimes the difficult part isn’t the decision itself. It’s what has been given a vote: approval, guilt, fear, responsibility, keeping the peace, uncertainty, or the need to appear independent.
Take the 18-question reflection to notice which patterns may be influencing your choices. Explore one possible belief and a practical next step. Your results appear here, right away.
This is a self-reflection tool, not a clinical or validated psychological assessment. Your quiz answers stay in this browser session; they are not sent to Evelyn.
“What would I choose if my needs counted, too?”
